MediaWallah, LLC (hereinafter "MediaWallah"," "we," "us," "our") respects each person's right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the ways in which we collect information and maintain and use that information.

Our Services

Mediawallah offers advertisers and agencies tools that enable them to better understand advertising campaign performance and consumer behavior to gain insight into how, when, and why their advertising performs. Our service does this through observing consumer activity on our customers' websites and then analyzing information about the advertising and marketing that you may have seen that relates to a consumer's visits to that customer's website. We believe that if we can help companies deliver better advertising that is more effective to consumers, everyone wins.

Information We Collect

The companies using our services insert a small bit of computer code on their websites or with their ads. This code directs your web browser to contact our servers. Our servers record non-personally identifiable information (non-PII) conveyed to us by your browser which may include details such as your browser type, Internet service provider, IP address, a cookie containing a unique ID number, the website you have visited, an ad you have viewed, and whether you responded to an ad and other information an advertiser may provide.

We do not collect or use personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, social security number, credit card information, or anything else that we can use to personally identify you. We do not collect Sensitive Consumer Information, such as financial account numbers, or information about medical conditions.
We use the information that we do collect to measure the effectiveness of ads placed on behalf of our customers and to develop and enhance our products and services.

Opting Out

There are two ways you can opt-out of MediaWallah data collection for our customers:

• Block all cookies: Block all cookies by disabling cookie use in your browser. This may cause some websites to work incorrectly.
• MediaWallah Opt out cookie: Opt out by accepting a cookie which tells the MediaWallah system not to uniquely track your web browsing. Click here to opt out now.

If you change computers or browsers, or use multiple computers or browsers or delete your cookies, you will need to repeat this process for each computer and in each browser.

Data Storage and Security

We retain the information we collect for up to one year. After one year, we discard the information about individual users and retain only aggregated or summary data.
Even though we maintain the data we collect in an anonymous way, we have implemented security measures. However, these methods may be inadequate or could otherwise be compromised. We cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information we collect.

Children

We are committed to protecting the online privacy of children. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from or provide any services to children under the age of 13. Unfortunately, we cannot always determine the age of a visitor to our site or the sender of an email. If for some reason we learn that a user is under 13 years of age and we can identify personal information relating to such a user, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

Disclosures of Information We Collect

Some of our customers and the websites they advertise on may place their own cookies on your Internet browser outside of our service; however, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

Our Website

Our site is intended to offer information about MediaWallah and our services to the companies we serve. We use information from our website log files to understand how visitors use our website and to recommend future website improvements. If you choose to submit personal information, we may use that information for general marketing purposes and to notify you regarding updates to our products and services. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise dispose of the personal information collected to third parties for their marketing purposes. Once collected, we will store your information for a reasonable time for record-keeping purposes. To opt out of receiving MediaWallah targeted advertising, you will need to visit this site.
